Let me know if you have a disability or impairment that I can take into account or that you have questions about.

Registering for mental health treatment
- You can register for a pre-intake via the contact form. This is a (free) 15-minute phone conversation in which we discuss your need for help.
- If I think I can offer a suitable treatment, we schedule an intake. You can take your referral letter to the intake or sent it in Therapieland (I will make an account for you on this platform). See below under âratesâ for the requirements of the referral letter.
- An intake interview always lasts 75 minutes (âdiagnosticsâ, see rates). This is followed by a consultation of 60 minutes (âdiagnosticsâ, see rates).
- A treatment session lasts 60 minutes (âtreatmentâ, see rates) and an EMDR session usually lasts 90 minutes (âtreatmentâ, see rates).
- After the intake, I will write a treatment plan (when I can carry out the treatment) that we discuss in the consultation session. If I do not have a suitable treatment offer, you will be referred back to the General Practitioner or to another mental health provider.
- As long as the treatment hasnât started, you can contact your referrer for support (GP or other mental health professional youâre currently working with). For waiting list assistance, you can reach out to your health insurer.
Structural Treatment Process The treatment cannot be paused for longer than four weeks. There must be a structural treatment process in place.
Communication Communication takes place via phone and the Therapieland platform. By accepting the treatment agreement, you agree to this. Video calling and eHealth also take place through this platform.
Crisis How to act in case of a crisis is discussed during the intake. If you are not receiving treatment at Practice Axis Mundi but are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call the number 113 (helpline for suicidal thoughts) and/or contact your General Practitioner.
For vacation periods or unplanned absence due to illness, we will make arrangements together when you are in treatment. Cooperation with other practices takes place to organize coverage during vacation.
